Key responsibilities include:

* Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPIs and promote our brand values

* Consistently raising performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent

* Utilising data to support operational decisions by working closely with the district manager and director of stores
">
* Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team and working in partnership with the wider team
">
* Managing day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes
">
* Developing sales and budget strategies to maximise sales and profitably
">
* Maintaining a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognised, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition

* Monitoring core metrics to measure performance, improve, and achieve our vision of being the most loved beauty community

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience
">
* Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail
">
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills
">
* A hands-on leadership style, motivating, coaching, and helping team members succeed
">
* Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to influence team members at all levels

* A flexible work schedule, able to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings
