As a pivotal member of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in strengthening the building and construction industry through strategic procurement leadership. Your expertise in implementing value-driven processes, enhancing supplier and customer relationships, and managing continuous improvement initiatives will drive growth and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and leading the implementation of an effective industry engagement strategy in collaboration with a Procurement Strategy team.
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality deliverables, and high-performance standards.
* Providing procurement solutions for various programs, interpreting spend analysis to assess risk management strategies and identify opportunities.
Requirements:
* Proven ability to manage effective procurement and category management processes and practices in a complex organisation.
* Possession of at least Intermediate Training from a recognised institution.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
