Occupational Health Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team in the delivery of occupational health services.
The Role:
* Deliver high-quality employment-related health assessments and initiatives.
* Conduct occupational health assessments, including pre-employment medicals, audiometry, spirometry, ECGs, drug screening, functional capacity assessments, and fitness testing.
* Timely and accurate reporting, high-level compliance, and observation of privacy act.
* Worker health checks, general administration, monitoring, and maintaining stock levels & equipment.
* Health and wellness projects, initiatives, training, and promotion, contributing to client relationship management, continuous improvement, and business growth initiatives.
* Commitment and compliance to a strong safety culture.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Health Science (Nursing) or similar health discipline.
* High interest in occupational health.
* Registration/accreditation with AHPRA.
* Current and maintained First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain/renew).
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build rapport.
* Intermediate to strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and using two screens.
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and grow.
* Team contributor.
* High level of professionalism.
* A very high level of care and attention to detail.
* Exceptional time management, organisational skills, and ability to work autonomously and as a team.
* High level of emotional intelligence.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience/exposure to Occupational Health.
* Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS.
* Experience or Qualification in Audiometry.
* Experience or Qualification in Spirometry.
* Experience or Qualification in Drug and Alcohol Screening.
* Valid Drivers Licence.
