About the Role
Operating within the National School of Theology, the role supports the achievement of the FTP Schools' strategic objectives by providing high-level administrative, project and executive support to the Heads of School. This includes coordination of projects, events, and activities on the Schools' behalf in collaboration with stakeholders within the faculty and across the university. The role contributes to a culture of teamwork, service, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring outcomes are delivered in a safe and sustainable way.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative, project and executive support to the Heads of School.
* Coordinate projects, events, and activities on behalf of the Schools.
* Support the achievement of the Faculty's strategic objectives.
What We Offer
* Total remuneration valued at $112,625 - $120,977 (pro rata) per annum, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata).
* Employer superannuation contribution of 17% to eligible continuing and fixed‑term staff.
* Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable.
* Flexible work arrangements, study leave, generous leave provisions, and salary packaging.
* Full‑time, continuing role with some hybrid flexibility.
