Oji Fibre Solutions, part of the rapidly expanding Oji Group - a global manufacturer of cutting-edge fibre packaging solutions, requires result-driven Production Team Members to join our multi million dollar corrugated packaging site in Yatala Qld. Our Yatala plant manufactures cardboard boxes which play a critical part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of customer products in the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and Paper Products segments.

Reporting to the Afternoon Shift Manager, you will play a key role in the setup and operation of various packaging machines (Corrugator, Gluer, Stacker) ensuring all jobs are run to specification to achieve world's best practice in operational performance, safety, quality and customer service objectives and targets. 
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a self-starter with: 
Prior experience in operating heavy equipment to required speed and performance 
Ability to read and understand SOP's, safety instructions and manuals 
Strong interest/good knowledge of mechanical devices 
Desire to learn new skills 
Basic computer skills 
Current forklift licence (desirable but not essential) 
Safety First mentality

Prior experience within a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment would be highly regarded but is not essential to join our team!
