About the Role: Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead and support a critical systems replacement and implementation project involving CRM and SaaS platforms. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, while also managing project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CRM and SaaS system replacements. Evaluate current systems and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with business and technical teams. Support vendor selection, solution design, and implementation planning. Assist in change management, training, and user adoption strategies. Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors, developers, and business units. Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Experience: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in system implementation or replacement projects. Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and SaaS platforms. Strong understanding of business process modelling, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Desirable: Experience in data migration and system integration projects. Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP and Agile PM.
