**The role and required experience** 
- Ideally, you'll have at least 1-2 years of experience at a Chef de Partie level. 
- Good cooking skills, work clean and able to perform under pressure 
- A chef who is always on the ball and a forward thinker. Always 2 steps ahead of their shifts! 
- Can create a calm and team-oriented energy with their staff and calm in stressful situations.
**The salary and hours**
Expected hours are up to 42 per week. OT paid after 42hrs.
