About the rolesWe're currently seeking experienced Building Surveyors to join our client's established team in Hobart .
Our client's Tasmanian teams are professional, collaborative, and truly passionate about what they do.
These roles are a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career within a supportive environment.In joining these teams, you'll play a key role in helping their clients achieve safe and fully compliant buildings.
Along with this, you will:Support an existing client base with tailored, knowledgeable expertise throughout every step of the process.Manage multiple projects from beginning to end, ensuring quality outcomes for clients.Conduct regulatory assessments on all types of commercial projects, applying sound technical knowledge and professionalism.Handle early phase compliance assessments and reporting throughout all development stages.Assess project documentation against the Building Code of Australia (BCA), Act, and Regulations.Facilitate the preparation of key documentation, including Certificates of Likely Compliance, Occupancy Permits, and final Certificates.Support branch and team growth by assisting, educating, and supporting the development of the local team and overall business.About YouYou're an experienced Building Surveyor with a practical, collaborative approach, bringing:Licensed or nearly licensed as a Building Surveyor.
