Job Title: Support Worker
Job Description:
Our team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join us in providing care and assistance to individuals with high-level spinal cord injuries. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of care, enabling them to live independently, safely, and comfortably within their communities.
Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care, domestic assistance, mealtime management, and community support to individuals with high-level spinal cord injuries.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and transferring.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and preferences.
Requirements:
• Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification.
• Relevant industry experience, preferably working with individuals with high-level spinal cord injuries.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children check.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
• Valid unrestricted Driver's Licence and willingness to transport clients.
