Microsoft Dynamics Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join a major enterprise transformation initiative within one of Australia's largest local government organisations.
About the Role
This role is pivotal in delivering modern, customer-focused solutions that replace legacy systems and enhance business capabilities.
You will work on two significant programs:
* Future Development Services Enablement (FDSE) – a five-year program modernising development services systems.
* CaRS Workforce Management System Replacement (WMSR) – upgrading regulatory systems to meet compliance and improve customer experience.
As part of the Enterprise Business Platforms Team, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of these programs by developing, customising, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop custom modules, plugins, workflows, and extensions for Dynamics 365 using C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
* Customise user interfaces, forms, views, and dashboards to meet business needs.
* Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs.
* Manage data migrations and ensure data integrity across platforms.
* Optimise system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
* Conduct testing, debugging, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
* Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
* Provide ongoing support, updates, and enhancements for Dynamics 365 environments.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
* Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and Dynamics 365 APIs.
* Experience with Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and system integration.
* Knowledge of SQL, web services, and data management practices.
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate (or similar) preferred.
