ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced,
registered nurse
to join our healthcare nutrition team as a
'Nutricia Nurse Connect'
.
In this exciting
12 months Fixed Term Contract
role, you will contribute to the growth and development of the Nurse Careline service and support change initiatives by sharing and promoting evidence-based clinical advice.
Your Responsibilities:
Training and Support to Patients:
Provide training, clinical advice and/or troubleshooting support via phone, email or video link to patients
Service Quality:
Maintain, develop, review, and monitor the clinical effectiveness, quality, and credibility of the Nurse Careline service
Ambassadorship:
Act as an ambassador for the Nutricia Nursing/Nutricia at Home Service both internally and externally
Record Keeping:
Record keeping and reporting via Veeva.
Call Management:
Triage calls to determine priority status and manage them to full-closure.
Delegate and provide comprehensive handover of calls to field-based Nurses as required
Induction Training:
Provide head office induction training to new members of the Nutricia Nursing Team
Clinical governance:
Support clinical governance, identify causes and trends, and implement mitigating actions
Clinical Knowledge:
Maintain high-level clinical enteral feeding knowledge through field rotations
Product and Service Advice:
Offer informed choices on Nutricia products and services
Presentations:
Deliver presentations on progress and key milestones
About you
ABOUT YOU
You are a clinically skilled and empathetic
Registered Nurse (Division 1, AHPRA registered)
.
Your self-motivation and ability to work independently within a team are key strengths.
You enjoy interacting with diverse individuals daily, adeptly handling any challenges that arise.
Your adaptability, hands-on approach, and commitment to patient care distinguish you.
Passionate about Nutricia brands, you take pride in continuously developing your personal brand both within and outside the organisation.
Ideally, you will have:
Registered Nurse (AHPRA Registered)
Experience in
call handler/customer service and/or similar telephone support role
Experience in
enteral nutrition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in IT systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to adapt to new systems.
CRM experience – salesforce experience preferable
Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills
Innovative, solution-focused, and committed to clinical service delivery
Full AU Driver's license, Working with Children check and NDIS Worker Screening checked
