We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead our diverse civil construction projects across NSW.
* Oversee project planning, progress, and delivery in collaboration with Construction and Site Managers.
* Manage procurement, subcontractors, and compliance with statutory and safety requirements.
* Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitability.
* Lead client communication, manage expectations, and deliver positive project outcomes.
* Identify risks, manage contracts and variations, and resolve disputes effectively.
* Support tender submissions and build strong client relationships.
* Champion safety, quality, and environmental standards across all projects.
* Lead, coach, and motivate Site Teams to achieve project objectives and foster continuous improvement.
