About the Opportunities
We're seeking Expressions of Interest for upcoming Administration and Senior Administration roles across multiple CHP clinics throughout Perth (Cannington and Mandurah).
Responsibilities
* Providing warm, professional client service
* Ensuring the smooth running of day‐to‐day clinic operations
* Supporting clinicians so they can focus on delivering outstanding client care
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Have 2+ years' experience in a medical or allied health setting (mental health experience highly regarded)
* Are highly organised and confident managing competing priorities
* Bring a warm, professional and proactive approach to your work
* Are comfortable managing appointments, payments and Medicare processes (Coreplus experience is a bonus, but not essential)
* Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
* Are genuinely passionate about helping others and contributing to a positive, supportive workplace culture
