About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Supervisor for their exciting venue in the Brisbane market. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated and hands‑on, with a robust service background and a profound understanding of the industry.
Qualifications
* Experience at Assistant Manager or supervisor level in bars and elevated dining or casual dining environments
* Calm and poise in high volume venues
* A passion for great quality service
* Good general F&B and wine knowledge
* A keen interest in training and developing others
* An attitude to strive for perfection and chase accolades
* Proven ability to think outside the box and generate revenue
* Amazing problem solver
* Are confident leading large teams (30+) to deliver excellence in service
