Role Summary Onsite SAP PP & QM Lead Consultant responsible for end-to-end Production Planning and Quality Management support within the ManuSAP landscape, providing L2/L3 AMS support for manufacturing operations and acting as the primary functional SPOC for plant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Act as onsite PP & QM functional lead for manufacturing plants
Resolve complex incidents (P1–P4) within agreed SLAs
Support MRP, production orders, BOM/Routing, capacity planning
Support inspection lots, quality notifications, batch management, usage decisions
Manage integration across PP–QM–MM–EWM–FICO
Participate in CAB, SLA reviews, and governance forums
Support minor enhancements, regression testing, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience Required
10+ years SAP experience with strong PP & QM expertise
Manufacturing industry background (Process/Discrete; FMCG preferred)
S/4HANA experience preferred
Experience in AMS / Managed Services model
Strong onsite stakeholder engagement and coordination skills
