Job Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Service Department at Jacob Toyota. The primary responsibility will be to handle all incoming customer enquiries and booking service appointments, as well as assisting with the management of the service booking calendar and prioritising jobs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal, and experience in a similar customer service or administrative support role, preferably within the automotive industry.
