Base pay and benefits
The base pay range is A$134,******/yr – A$144,******/yr. Administrative Officer 7 - Remuneration Package Range $134,227 - $144,271 (including salary $113,938 - $122,574). Corporate Services - Workforce Operations and Partnerships, Alice Springs. Responsibilities
Provide high-level, client-focussed generalist and specialist human resource (HR) management advice and support to regional Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) agencies and employees.
Manage a small team of HR professionals to deliver HR services.
Deliver a high-quality workforce advisory service and end-to-end support to NTPS clients in Regional Australia to ensure the successful delivery of their business objectives.
Undertake HR case management workloads such as performance, disputes, conduct, and inability, and recommend appropriate courses of action for resolution and early intervention.
Apply industry knowledge and HR expertise to support operational HR management with strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills; develop collaborative relationships and influence HR practices.
Knowledge of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act ****, relevant employment legislation and HR Management systems is valuable.
Qualifications and capabilities
High-level written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and engage across diverse stakeholders.
Experience in HR advisory services, case management and providing practical HR guidance in a regional/public sector context.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and HR management systems.
Location
Alice Springs (Mparntwe) – Northern Territory. Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) provides essential corporate functions to support NT Government agencies.
