No.1 Site Manager (New Build Residential) | Permanent | Norwich
A leading Regional Main Contractor that build, refurbish and regenerate homes and communities across the UK have an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The company are an cutting-edge and ambitious business that combine their industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work.
The business is thriving and they currently have a large number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline, particularly on the new build side. Projects vary from one bedroom flats and bungalows through to four bedroom family houses. Most of their units are built using traditional construction methods, but experience with RC frame apartments would be beneficial.
They are looking for a No.1 Site Manager that can oversee projects from start to finish, reporting to a Contracts Manager. The ideal person will have a strong track record overseeing similar projects for a reputable house builder.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
- Track record working on new build residential projects for a reputable main contractor or residential developer
- Experience building homes using traditional construction methods
- RC frame experience is beneficial
- Career focused and driven to succeed
- First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
- Able to work in / commute to Norwich on a daily basis
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + package
