The Package
For a Single General Manager:
* $80K + Super
* Fully furnished 2-bedroom residence (utilities included)
For a Management Couple:
* $110K combined + Super
* One partner in a support-based role assisting with:
o Grounds & general upkeep
o Housekeeping support
o Backup reception duties

* Guest experience & local community engagement
With no food & beverage operations, this role is ideal for someone with a strong background in rooms division, motels, or apartment-style properties.
About You
You’re a proactive and capable operator who enjoys leading from the front. You’ll bring:
* Proven experience in a General Manager or senior accommodation role
* Strong front office expertise and PMS knowledge (RMS highly regarded)
* A keen eye for housekeeping and property presentation
* Practical understanding of maintenance and refurbishments
* Confidence working independently within a small team
* A genuine passion for guest engagement and community connection
On-Site Manager’s Residence
* Fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment
* Ground floor, attached to reception
* Pets may be considered
