About the role
This role is a Site Foreman with a focus on administering quality, safety and environmental management. The foreman will work autonomously at times and coordinate internal and external resources.

You will be a high calibre individual delivering quality projects and overseeing site functions. You are enthusiastic, driven, maintain high standards, and are willing to learn and thrive working alongside a team of exceptional professionals.
Skills and Experience
* Qualifications relevant to the role
* Extensive experience in building construction
* Proven 3+ years experience managing small to medium commercial projects in the commercial, education, medical, childcare, industrial or multi‐residential sectors
* Understanding and delivering both the building structure and finishes
* Excellent communication and personal skills
* Self‐motivated and quality‐driven
* Ability to work successfully in a team environment (essential)
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to high standards
* Good computer/mobile device skills for daily use of programs & apps (e.g. Procore)
