Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with management and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
* Mentor and train electrical apprentices to ensure they meet the required standards.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training or similar qualification.
* Trade certificate in electrical work.
* Experience in managing people and implementing change.
