NAK have experienced incredible growth over recent years, ongoing success in global markets and have recently shared the exciting news that Adamantem Capital, a private equity firm, are now a majority investor in the group. As they continue to grow and sophisticate their back of house teams, they now have a newly created Social Media & Community Manager role available within their Eagle Farm head office.
**The Role**
The Social Media & Community Manager is responsible for creating and driving Social Media Strategy in line with the overarching global Marketing & Branding Strategy. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Content Manager and the Chief Marketing Officer.
This position includes full ownership of scheduling, social media copy and community engagement, in addition to creating and implementing social creative briefs, making creative social content recommendations including storyboarding, reviewing and optimising social creative output.
Key Responsibilities;
- Work with Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and content team to create and drive Social Media Strategy across multiple brands and platforms
- Produce social creative concepts across paid and organic, working autonomously or with the wider creative team to bring them to life using storyboards and/or mock-ups
- Produce always-on campaign plans and calendars across key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn) including social copywriting in brand tone of voice
- Strategise opportunities to constantly build on brand awareness via Social channels, increase footfall for stakeholders, channel growth and social media loyalty acquisition
- Community manage key platforms across multiple brands, including social listening and proactive engagement with communities
- Support production and design team in implementation, ensuring best practices are followed
- Assist with Public Relations activations and influencer engagement
- Recommend topline media investment and targeting opportunities that optimise towards best performing content and drive greater ROI
- Proactively spot relevant trends in culture and in the social and content space that can be directly applied to brand content and activations
**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or related discipline
- Around 3 years experience of high level Social Media management and execution of social campaigns. Beauty or creative industry experience highly regarded
- Copy writing, Content planning & Community Management experience
- Social content ideation, including working autonomously and with creatives
- Use of social tools for social listening and analytics i.e. Brandwatch/Falcon
