Responsibilities
* Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members
* Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
* Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
* Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
Qualifications
* We'll know you're the one if you're someone with demonstrated leadership experience — who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
* Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
* With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker — At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
