We're a dedicated team that values collaboration and we’re looking for someone like YOU to help drive our next big projects!What You’ll Be DoingAs a Project Engineer at HEH Civil, you'll be at the heart of our projects, providing essential engineering support and technical guidance to our delivery team. You’ll work on a variety of scopes with the backing of our experienced Project Managers and Site Engineers, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. You'll also have the chance to manage subcontractors, forecast project costs, and contribute to the overall success of the project.Your Key Responsibilities IncludeCoordinating site management plans (quality, safety, traffic, and environmental)Overseeing procurement of materials and subcontractorsManaging project costs, progress, and forecastsEngaging with the team, clients, and stakeholders to keep everything on trackHelping with the tendering process, planning, and developing strong, high-performing teamsWhat We’re Looking ForWe need someone with a solid track record in civil construction (transport and main roads experience is key). You’ll need to bring your problem-solving skills, your ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a collaborative attitude to the table.
