Social Activities Coordinator

About the Role
This position involves designing and delivering social events and activities to benefit residents' mental health and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Wellbeing Manager to curate a calendar of social events and experiences.
* Assist the care team with delivering social activities.
* Support volunteer orientation and training.
* Develop relationships with volunteers to attend and/or host social events.
* Support community engagement, social impact, and sustainability initiatives.
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
What You Can Offer
* A tertiary qualification in event management is desirable.
* Certificate IV in Community Services (Lifestyle and Leisure) or relevant qualification is also desirable.
* Experience in event delivery and activities is essential.
* Event coordinator or team engagement experience is preferred.
Additional requirements include being willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker's clearance.
