About the Role
As a trusted clinical expert, you will support Homes across your Queensland portfolio to deliver safe, effective and person‐centred care. You'll coach leaders, uplift clinical capability, strengthen quality systems and drive continuous improvement to ensure excellence in care, compliance and outcomes.

Key Focus Areas
* Provide clinical coaching, guidance and support to Home leadership teams
* Drive quality, safety and risk management across sites
* Support accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance
* Analyse clinical and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
* Lead and contribute to clinical quality projects
* Facilitate education and uplift capability across Homes
What You'll Bring
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Experience in clinical leadership and/or quality roles within aged care or health
* Strong clinical knowledge with confident decision‐making ability
* Sound understanding of accreditation and quality management systems
* Capability to coach leaders, analyse data and drive improvement
* Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, supportive approach
