As a vital member of the F&B; Restaurant team, your role encompasses ensuring a seamless dining experience for both members and visitors.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Providing a warm and welcoming customer service experience, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Cultivating and leading a highly proficient and collaborative team of F&B; professionals.
- Maintaining impeccable presentation and cleanliness across all areas.
- Keeping product details, pricing, and information up-to-date.
- Ensuring adequate inventory levels for linens, crockery, cutlery, and beverages.
- Regularly reviewing and updating standard operating procedures.
- Assisting with event activities as needed.
- Staying attuned to monthly budget targets and reviewing end-of-month results with the Hospitality Manager.
**To excel in this role, you should possess**:
- Supervisory experience in the F&B; industry.
- Flexibility with your availability.
- A current WA Approved Manager Card.
- Basic First Aid training.
