**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Control Room Operators
- Rovers
- Ad hoc casual relief Guards
- Concierge Officers
- Gatehouse Guard
**Shifts may occur across all seven (7) days and consist of both day and night shift - Flexibility to working roster is a must. 24-7 flexibility is essential.**
**The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to**:
- Providing a strong Customer Service Solutions to visitors, contractors & client
- Liaising with Local Law Enforcement
- Operate and monitor the CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Identifying and Responding to incidents impacting public safety and the community
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
- Identifying and reporting hazards
- Responding to emergency situations
- Public Safety Monitoring
- Security Administration and Access Control
- Control Rooms
- Asset & Building Rovers
- Community Protection
- General Asset Protection
- Rapid Response Vehicle Patrols
- Critical Infrastructure Protection
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must provide the following**:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Flexible with shift patterns and allocations
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
- Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand on a 12-hour shift basis
- Valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
