Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support to the operational stakeholders and be a key contact for Human Resources advice.
* Develop and maintain reports and statistical information for management, corporate, and regional head offices as required.
* Administer HR databases and organization web-based programs.
* Contribute to the development of the HR strategy and subsequent plans, programs, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
* Higher education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Previous fast-paced generalist HR experience with a focus on systems, data, and reporting.
* Experience with People Systems, data management, and reporting.
* Understanding of blue-collar workforce or manufacturing environment preferred.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday is highly advantageous.
