Senior Relationship Associate | Property at Bendigo Bank. Supporting frontline Senior Property Relationship Managers and engaging with Property customers to support their complex needs.
You will build relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders, act as a conduit between the front line and support teams, and operate with high attention to detail in a busy environment. A career pathway to become a Relationship Manager is available, with the aim of helping local communities thrive.
Responsibilities
- Support the national Senior Property Relationship Manager team and their customer portfolio, including exposure to larger and more complex customers with lending up to $25m.
- Deepen existing customer relationships by understanding needs and providing relevant solutions across commercial banking products.
- Onboard current customers, gather necessary information and documentation, complete applications, and maintain ongoing portfolio administration.
- Build strong relationships with customers via phone and email, with opportunities to participate in customer visits in line with our customer value proposition to make business personal.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Knowledge or qualifications in business, commerce, finance or a related discipline.
- Ideally experience in or solid knowledge of business/commercial lending and credit risk principles.
- Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of economic conditions and market influences; knowledge of business banking products is beneficial.
- Ability to proactively support dedicated Bankers in delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
- Location: Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
