This comprises various types of properties across multiple JLL Client Accounts.This role supports the Client Account teams in meeting their obligations under the Management Agreement including managing service contracts, related budgets and tenant liaison to facilitate works.Your responsibilities will include special projects, Client Account Team relief, inspections, mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems maintenance, cleaning & waste management, energy management, occupational health & safety management, supplier management, Emergency Response, capital works projects and financial management & reporting against agreed budgets.***Sound like you?
