genU is looking for an experienced Night Awake - Support Worker who can team up with our customers to help them unleash their full potential. You will be making a real impact by helping people with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement.

What you'll do
* Support person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals and work to achieve them.
* Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting and medication administration.
* Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed.
* Administration duties and mandatory reporting.
What you'll bring
* Certificate IV in Disability (CHC or CHC).
* Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans.
* Extensive experience working with challenging behaviours.
* An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities.
* Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity.
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with genU motor vehicle allowance rebate).
