**Your role**:
As the Principal HR Consultant, you will lead the provision of HR consultancy advice and implementation of best practice change management strategies to support corporate business units change agendas.
As a Principal HR Consultant and Business Partner you will provide tailored, expert people advice and solutions, with a focus on building customer capability and support business specific outcomes.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Undertaking project planning, project management and project reporting activities related to the delivery of various business improvement projects.
- Providing change management consultancy services to senior leaders, managers and staff that positively influence the human resource services, systems and work practices provided by the HR Business Partnering team.
- Undertaking ongoing research and analysis of contemporary human resource practices to develop processes that incorporate innovative solutions to address complex organisational issues.
- Providing leadership and direction to team members to support the delivery of innovate, high quality human resource products and services.
- Monitoring work practices to ensure compliance with legislation, directives, policies and standards to enhance service delivery and continually seek better ways to innovate and improve.
- Proactively building and maintaining positive relationships, including consultation, negotiation and communication with internal and external clients, networks, stakeholders and service providers.
- Preparing and coordinating the development of correspondence, presentations, briefs, submissions, project plans and reports.
