About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-level administrative and bookkeeping support, assist with tendering, and contribute to the company's growth by wearing multiple hats in a small-business environment.
Reporting directly to the Directors, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls and redirecting as required
* Introducing and helping implement job management apps
* Bookkeeping using MYOB and general account management
* Supporting tender submissions and assisting with sales coordination
* Organising schedules using Google Calendar and providing general admin support
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to create formulas in spreadsheets to support sales activity is a plus
* Proficiency with MYOB, Excel spreadsheets, and general computer systems
* Knowledge or experience with government solar rebate/battery calculations is highly regarded
* Reliability, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in a stable, supportive business
