**Job Duties/Essential Functions**

Inspects and reassembles equipment sanitised previous night_
- Reworks display case and rotates merchandise
- Takes large trays of packaged meat from large wheeled rack and places individual packages into automatic wrapping machine
- Follows safety and security procedures
- Labels merchandise and puts wrapped and labelled merchandise in display case
- Operates meat grinder
- Follows proper department production procedures and standards for quality and consistency of finished merchandise
- Cleans and sanitises area throughout the day. Performs duties to comply with health code
- Performs routine maintenance for machinery, equipment
- Follows Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position
- Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification, and all safety training required by warehouse and Meat department
- Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary
- Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service to members, employees and vendors.

Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery_**
- Commercial grinder, wheeled racks, wrapping machine and pressure washer.
- Education/Training: High School Certificate
- Licenses/Certifications: None
- Experience/Skills: Comparable experience.
