Job Title: Flight Supply Coordinator
In the airline services sector, you will find your place in a dynamic team that caters to passengers on our airline partners.
You play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of in-flight supplies such as food, alcohol, headsets and blankets. This involves receiving and cleaning inbound catering trolleys, loading trolleys according to flight requirements, packing of in-flight amenities, carton picking, sorting and control, inventory control and accuracy, following safe work practices, and working to time-critical flight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving and cleaning inbound catering equipment
* Loading equipment according to flight specifications
* Packing of in-flight provisions
* Carton selection, sorting and management
* Inventory monitoring and precision
* Maintaining safe working procedures
* Meeting strict flight schedule deadlines
Work schedule: Multiple shifts available across 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am. A supportive work environment provides tools and training for growth and success. To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a fast-paced environment (back of house hospitality, warehouse or catering is ideal), industry experience within a 4PL/airline environment, problem-solving skills, ability to meet strict deadlines, and excellent attention to detail.
