We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the daily operations of our childcare centre. As a Centre Manager, you will lead a passionate team and make a positive impact in your local community.
You will be responsible for empowering your team, building strong relationships with children and families, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
You will have the following key responsibilities:
1. To lead the overall performance and daily operations of the centre
2. To support, mentor and guide your team to maintain high-quality educational and care practices
3. To build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community
4. To ensure adherence to the National Quality Framework, regulations and Journey standards
5. To foster a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment for all children
6. To drive continuous improvement and reflect on centre practices regularly
7. To advocate for the rights and wellbeing of every child in your care
