Employment Litigation Lawyer Role
This is an opportunity to engage with our Workplace and Safety Partner in Melbourne, gaining extensive experience across various workplace relations and safety law matters.
* Discrimination and harassment issues;
* Conducting workplace investigations;
* Performance management and termination of employment processes in a procedurally fair manner;
* Responding to employee misconduct problems;
* Advising on employee entitlements and industrial instrument interpretation;
* Developing robust workplace policies;
* Defending work health and safety prosecutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in employment and/or safety law, ideally with disputes experience;
* Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic;
* Interest in conducting presentations and business development activities.
