We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Payroll Officer to join our Payroll team on a full‐time basis in Warwick Farm. In this fast‐paced environment, you will facilitate both weekly and monthly pay runs nationwide.
Responsibilities
* Perform end‐to‐end payroll processing using integrated Time Management and Human Resources Systems (Mitrefinch, ConnX and MicrOpay).
* Post weekly and monthly payroll General Ledger entries.
* Process Payroll Tax and Superannuation payments.
* Resolve payroll discrepancies.
* Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures and reporting required changes.
* Commit to confidentiality to maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations.
* Support the fast‐paced payroll schedule across multiple locations.
Qualifications
* Experience with MicrOpay.
* Experience in payroll processing and the ability to learn specific awards.
* High level of attention to detail and an efficient approach to achieving outcomes.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
