Working closely with the Marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating a wide range of high-impact digital assets, with a focus on video production, alongside essential graphic design, photography, and retouching for campaigns across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce engaging video content from concept to completion, including filming, editing, sound design, and motion graphicsDesign high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emails, and occasional print materialsShoot and manage small photography projects for product, lifestyle, and marketing purposesPhoto retouching and manipulation, maintaining brand consistencyIntegrate animated graphics, visual effects, and motion typography into videosDevelop visual concepts that communicate brand messaging across media typesCollaborate with the marketing team to deliver creative briefs effectivelyOptimize multimedia content for various platforms to ensure peak performanceOrganize and manage the digital asset libraryStay updated with trends in multimedia, design, and digital content creationEnsure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and technical standardsQualifications & AttributesBachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of professional experience in video production, graphic design, and photographyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)Experience managing all stages of video production—from storyboarding and filming to editing and post-productionExcellent aesthetic judgment and storytelling skillsStrong attention to detail across visual and technical specificationsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesUnderstanding of branding and visual communication, especially in fashion/lifestyle contextsThis is a full-time, on-site role with exceptional perks—annual performance bonuses, pet-friendly environment, free parking, and access to buzzing cafés and shops nearby.
