Our Graduate Program
From day one, you won't be observing, you'll be doing.
You'll work on real projects across major civil infrastructure, construction, plant & logistics and community‐building works.

Who You Are
We're looking for people who bring curiosity, commitment and a genuine passion for construction.
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (completed within the last 2 years or to be completed by January 2027)
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* A team mindset and strong communication skills
* An interest in building a long‐term career across civil and infrastructure delivery
