That's right – you'll earn $90K per year and enjoy a rostered day off during the week (subject to KPIs).
Your Role: You will take full ownership of managing a portfolio, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering the highest level of service to both clients and tenants. With your exceptional time management and communication skills, you'll build strong relationships, streamline processes, and oversee the day-to-day management of up to 160 properties.

What You'll Bring
At least 1 year's experience as a Property Manager
Genuine passion for Property Management & Team spirit
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management & Communication skills with a can-do attitude
Proven track record of working efficiently and independently.

Current QLD Driver's Licence
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
