Job Title: General Manager - Supply Chain Operations
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain operations, including the management of warehouse staff, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

* Oversee all supply chain activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and shipping and receiving.
* Lead a team of supply chain professionals, including warehouse managers, inventory coordinators, and shipping and receiving specialists.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and tracking.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, shipping and receiving procedures, and logistics processes.
* Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business results through process improvement and strategic planning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
