What is the Opportunity?

Our QRC/HSE Officer is about to go on parental leave, so we are looking for an experienced, professional and self‐motivated QRC/HSE Officer to fill in while she is away. We are currently predicting that this role will be 12 months, but that may change depending on her needs and with a commencement date around mid to end of February 2026.

The primary focus of the role is to ensure Arjo Australia achieves a high standard of quality, compliance and safety and is positioned to meet our statutory obligations and to maintain our Australian and International standards/accreditation particularly ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.

This role will be based in Eastern Creek, NSW reporting to our Quality Regulatory Compliance/HSE Manager, ANZ/SEA.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the implementation and maintenance of management policies and procedures to meet the requirements of but not limited to, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
* Document and maintain customer complaints into the global complaints handling system (TrackWise)
* Assist with Internal Audits under the supervision of the lead auditor
* Assist with compliance maintenance of a small manufacturing process.
* Writing new key safety policies, procedures, SWMS or SOP's and advise Staff, Supervisors and Managers on policy interpretation and application under direction of QRC/HSE Manager.
* Compliance with all legislative requirements regarding health and safety.
* Process Worker Compensation claims and assist with return to work programs.

Skills & Experience

* Tertiary qualification, accredited course in Quality management or OHS desirable.
* 3 years' experience in a Quality Assurance environment.
* Sound knowledge of relevant Australian and International standards particularly ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001
* Proven record of QMS and OHS management.
* Exceptional customer service focus, with advanced communication and interpersonal skills
* Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
