The Groups Coordinator role is a pivotal operational position that oversees the entire lifecycle of group bookings from initial inquiry to post-stay feedback.
This role acts as a bridge between sales, reservations, and on-ground delivery ensuring seamless execution of every group visit.
About the Role
* Group Enquiry Management: Managing all group enquiries, quotes, contracts, bookings, and documentations.
* Team Coordination: Coordinating with Housekeeping, Reception, and Food & Beverage teams to prepare the park for upcoming groups.
* Operational Briefing: Issuing operational briefs and reports to maintain communication and control across departments.
* Sales Support: Contributing to the monthly sales and occupancy reporting cycle.
* Reservations Assistance: Providing reservations support up to two hours per shift especially on peak periods.
