We're excited to be recruiting an eager and drivenSales Administratorto join their growing team in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a hands-on role and looking to upskill in data analysis and sales support.
Base pay range
A$65,******/yr - A$75,******/yr

What do you do?
Prepare quotes, order forms and supporting documentation for the sales team
Process purchase orders and ensure accurate entry of customer details and product informationiaja
Maintain product lists, price files and customer records within the ERP system
Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating internal updates and supporting the sales pipeline
Respond to general customer enquiries and provide updates on orders
Support basic content updates for online product listings
Assist with organising sales materials and samples for meetings or events
What do you need?
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
At least 2 years' experience in sales administration or similar office-based support
Strong Excel capability and confidence working with data
Experience using Netsuite or other ERP or CRM systems
Ability to work across competing priorities and support multiple stakeholders
Full Australian working rights
Interest in digital tools or simple design platforms is a bonus
