Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to oversee subcontracting payment administration and support the efficient operations of our fleet processes.
* Effectively liaise with stakeholders including subcontractors, Operations, and site managers
* Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our fleet records
* Process claims, investigate discrepancies
* Coordinate Heavy Vehicle registrations and insurance documentation
* Manage logistic administration associated with National Fleet processes (e.g. Tolls, Fuel Cards, Registration)
