Network Operations Specialist
The role of the Network Operations Specialist is to oversee and manage our bus network across Queensland and Victoria, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain efficient communication with bus drivers via two-way radio contact
* Co-ordinate bus deployment to shifts and drivers, including charter services
* Manage on-road incidents in accordance with established procedures
* Evaluate bus departures from the depot, identifying areas for improvement to prevent delays and missed trips
* Implement strategies to mitigate network interruptions while adhering to contractual obligations
* Monitor the performance of the network and bus drivers, providing insights for optimization
* Assume responsibility for covering vacant shifts due to absenteeism
* Ensure safe completion of shifts by drivers
