Exciting Property Management Opportunity
This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic property management environment, overseeing a portfolio of properties and providing exceptional service to clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day tasks of a property portfolio
* Assisting current Property Managers when required
* Effectively communicating with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Overseeing and arranging maintenance for properties
* Preparing advertising for upcoming rental properties, processing rental applications, and preparing tenancy documentation in line with relevant legislation
* Processing lease renewals
* Periodic and ingoing/vacating inspections and preparing thorough reports to send to landlords
Requirements:

* An excellent and proactive communicator with a desire to defuse conflict and problem solve
* Organized with excellent time management and a strong attention to detail

* Professional presentation
* Experience with Property Me advantageous
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration essential – or at least have completed the coursework and submitted the paperwork to the Office of Fair Trading
