Job Summary:
The position of Administrative Coordinator is open for applications. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and coordinating tasks to optimize operational efficiency
* Liaising with customers and drivers to provide assistance where required
* Conducting daily debriefs with Drivers
* Fostering a culture of safety and communication within the team
* Preparing and submitting reports as per regulatory requirements
* Responding promptly to operational issues in the field
* Providing support to customer service and operations teams
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* A background in administration and logistics would be advantageous
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Previous experience with SAP would be highly beneficial
* A strong focus on health and safety
